BrainZone offers paid subscription plans that unlock full access to the service. Subscription details, pricing, and available plans are presented within the application at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to PayPal's terms of service in addition to these terms. BrainZone does not store your payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your PayPal account settings or by contacting us.
We do not offer automatic refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable notice.
BrainZone's IP: The BrainZone application, including its design, interface, branding, and underlying code, is owned by BrainZone and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from BrainZone content without explicit written permission.
Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create within BrainZone — your tasks, goals, notes, plans, and other personal data. By using the service, you grant BrainZone a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership over your data.
BrainZone includes Soleil, an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you interact with Soleil, your messages are processed by Anthropic's systems in order to generate responses.
AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. You should not rely on Soleil for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. BrainZone is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
By using AI features, you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) subject to their usage policies.
We aim to keep BrainZone available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice for planned changes that materially affect the service.
BrainZone is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrainZone and its operators disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall BrainZone or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of BrainZone shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using BrainZone at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk or legal exposure for BrainZone. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you before taking action.
Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and contact provisions) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Your continued use of BrainZone after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
