You can permanently delete your BrainZone account and its associated data directly inside the app. This is the fastest way to remove your data.
Deleting your account removes your sign-in credentials and your associated app data — including your profile, courses, notes, tasks, goals, daily and weekly plans, brain dumps, Soleil AI conversations and memory, and your Google Calendar connection and synced mappings.
Certain records may be retained where required by law or for financial and accounting compliance — for example invoices, subscription/payment history and ambassador commission entries. We remove the link to your account (your user ID), and referral/attribution tracking is anonymized. However, financial and commission records may still contain provider-side payment identifiers (such as PayPal subscription or transaction IDs) needed for accounting and dispute resolution, so those specific records are retained rather than fully anonymized. Payment-provider records held by PayPal are governed by PayPal’s own policies and are outside the BrainZone database.
